This classic combination of herbs is perfect for turkey breasts, thighs or a whole turkey! Rub under the skin for best flavour.
Prep time: 5 minutes * Yeild: 2 tbsp(30ml)
- 2 tsp (10ml) dried rosemary
- 2 tsp (10ml) dried sage leaves
- 1 tsp (5ml) dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp (2ml) each salt & garlic powder
- 1 turkey (about 6 – 10lbs/ 3 to 4.5 kg)
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together rosemary, sage, thyme, salt and garlic powder. Rub under skin of turkey before roasting.
Tip: Double recipe for a larger turkey.
